Market validation

Our Minimum Viable Product Service.
The MVP follows a multi-disciplinary approach where product owners, developers, and UX/UI designers list all key features and prioritize them to live up to your project goals.

How we do it.
At nouns.solutions, the process of building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) fit for market validation starts with a two-week business case to present the concept and goals of the project, as well as to clarify all necessary business requirements. This step is based on insights from competitors and exploration of end users. We define a project timeline based on this research.

We then develop a master plan that evolves as product development progresses; this includes a product backlog and task list featuring the various features to be implemented in the product. These are addressed through sprints - rolling wave planning - taking place over fixed time frames.

At the conclusion of each sprint, feedback is used as input for subsequent rounds, which occur until the project plan is completed. When the MVP is launched, we ensure smooth transition from implementation stages to production stage by rigorously testing the product in real conditions and having our project manager, designers, and developers resolve any issues. This also serves as an opportunity for an MVP Retrospective - by analyzing the work done during sprints - and consciously plan what should come next.
